Yesterday I decided to try and make pretzels, but as you can see my first attempt was not exactly successful. In terms of taste, it tasted nice, but in terms of visual, it lacked colour and crunch. I made two batches- the first batch was the normal type and the second batch was drizzled in honey. I personally favoured the second batch. ;)
What I would like to know is what do I need to do to make them golden?
I still have faith in myself that when I make them next time, they will look and taste much better. Practice makes perfect. :)
